It is true scam ‘artists’ are everywhere on planet Earth, this is a particular “UNINHABITED atoll” which sits FAR from anywhere (nearest island is many HUNDREDS of miles away), so fishing vessels near this island (while perhaps possible, is very unlikely)… Is it possible you have your islands mixed up?…
